Do you think you could make a cool down at the end please? On the first one, other videos show more leg involvement instead of back, which should I use because it looks like that might get me hurt. I struggled a little bit with posture and the back workout, but those are the parts that need strengthening. Done this yet again, up the weight for the first circuit which broke me! Dropped it again for the second, it was really hot when I did it which made it even more challenging.

This video destroyed me with the burpees as my Bluetooth headset died and I had to have my phone in my bra so I got karate chopped in my neck every time I jumped up. Great workout despite my own technical problems. Loved the workout but man….can we lay off the ads a little bit pop sugar?

Went back to this one today with a kettlebell and an adjustable-weight dumbbell. First set, I used 10 lbs second set, I struggled with 5 lbs.

I’m so sad there’s ads in pop sugar vids now! There’s nothing like getting your heartrate up, and then the video pausing mid plank for an ad about another barre belle workout series. At least make the ads skippable.

But I’ll finish properly it one day. Ditch the barbell and pick up a pair of dumbbells. Lots of guys tend typically try to get with two pairs of dumbbells—say, a pair of 35s and a pair of 50s. Inevitably, though, dumbbells won’t work for everything. And before you know it, there’s a rack of dumbbells in the room or on the floor. Go for the adjustable dumbbells; they can be found barely-used on Craigslist and elsewhere.
Your words are as therapeutic as the exercises themselves. It is not often I often I find exercise videos online that invite one to surrender to discomfort in such a friendly way; simple instructions but they go to the heart. Thanks Bully Juice you are such an inspiration! I was doing some online workout classes from last 1.5 months and i must say this is kinda best 30 min workout session with you man. You truly understand that not everyone can jump around do high impact, your workouts are well put together,short & get results but more importantly sustainable.
I’ve developed a lot of upper body strength in last 2 weeks thanks to this workout. Only thing I find little difficult is the diamond push-ups…. Hopefully I shall perform them effectively by end of this week. Love you both, wish you all the best. I love the moves in this upper body workout!
Gym is closed and trying to lose the weight I gained during the first few weeks of shutdown due to Covina-19. It was fun, and it kept me interested. I appreciate the notes about safety, and encouragement to push ourselves. If you want to be a champion add some extra weight.
That means any of our eight 30 minutes workouts will be right up your alley at some point in, say, the next month. Apart from the pullovers and triceps extensions/acid drop, I used a little bit less. Not doing the figure 8 ones either, they never did anything for me, just did normal biceps curls instead. Burn fat and build muscle with this 30 minute home workout.
